Fantastic service. Got more info and remedies ideas from the Dry Eye clinic than I got from the Western Eye hospital where I left with just an eye drop prescription and 'come back if it gets worse' reassurance. Now I have a choice of treatments.

I popped into Kensington Eyecare recently, just to check out their amazing selection of glasses and to see if I could update my look a little... My friend and I had such fun with Pooja, the owner, trying on every possible style and we eventually found a style which I really fell in love with. So, since I already had an optician, I bought the glasses and said my goodbyes. I was leaving for holiday a week later and thought how much I would love to take those glasses with me - so I went back and asked if it was possible. Both Pooja and Anish were in the shop at the time and they could not have done more to try to make this happen - they were amazing! They called the day before I was due to leave to say they were ready - and I love them! Thank you both, so much. I'm still on holiday and I swear they have helped me enjoy it even more... I'll be back!

I had a full eye examination with Ms Pooja Vardhaman in December 2020. It was my first time visiting the clinic. Pooja called me beforehand for triage. At the end of the call, we booked a face-to-face appointment. My reasons for visiting the clinic were to have my annual eye check-up, and to have my prescription lenses replaced.
