Perfect through. My mother has been a client of Kensington for some years now. The carers are something special and even through covid they have never missed e visit and added to my mother's quality of life. The office staff are also totally professional, helpful and a pleasure to speak to. If you are seeking a carer in my view don't go anywhere else

My mother is left in bed later and later each day waiting for the care staff to arrive. Her medication is due at 8am, last week she was constantly kept waiting until after 10.30am. Complaints to the office are a waste of time.
