Tried to book a car with these guys, the operator gave me a range in price, then when I call him back, gives me a higher price. Finally agreed a price together, I then asked if we can pay by card, he said yes you can, will be an extra £5 charge! I asked the guy, why couldn’t you tell me that at the beginning? He said ok, go book somewhere else then, I’m to busy, then just said go book with Uber!! And next minute he has no availability. Continue being rude to people and soon Kensington Cars will be a ghost of Christmas Past! Service: Limousines

Worst cab company ever. Gave them chance after chance they are always late. Extortionately expensive. Last straw was booking a cab to take me to Gatwick Express Victoria at 630. I get an update telling me the cab won't be here until 7pm at 645pm LMAO.
