The worst practice ever I dealt with. Also, on the website they state the practice is not going to close, however I went to the practice at about 4pm in Kennington and it was close without any explaining note on the door.

It is clear that the practice is working very hard to improve. I really appreciate the new callback system during busy times. Hazel and her reception staff team are always very friendly and do their best, in what are extremely challenging times for our NHS. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that myself and my children see a GP or get a prescription as soon as possible.

Awful service - always impossible to get through. Most recent example was phoning for a flu jab, followed instructions for call back once at the top of the queue... got the call back, but still waiting over 40 minutes later. I can't see how this is being placed at the top of the queue?

Beyond useless - if you ever get through to reception, they will do their best to direct you elsewhere. Spent 30 mins waiting on the phone at 3pm to ask about vaccine records, I'd really like 10 mins in a quiet room with the person that decided playing upbeat high pitched flute music was the best idea whilst leaving patients on hold for half an hour at a time.
