Polite friendly sales staff, happy to take your order, unfortunately that’s where it ends, spent over £350 on timber and placed my order on Tuesday morning no problem, got a text on Wednesday first thing stating that goods would be delivered on an AM slot on That day, super fast and efficient was my first thought, delivery should be good when you’re paying in excess of £15 though, delivery never turned up, even though I was assured via phone call this was correct as we were waiting in, it’s now Friday, no sign of the goods, no courtesy call to explain what the situation is or when I could expect delivery of the goods I have paid for, had I paid £15 to any other courier I would more than likely have received next day delivery, as for the quality of goods, well, I can’t say, I’ve not seen them, a bit like kennings probably won’t see any future orders from myself or any recommendations from me, shame as it all looked promising when they were taking my money
