I have one criticism and that is new booking system. When you are not well it is last thing you want going on web site and do online booking. You have to answer questions which sometimes you have no idea what to say. I personally want to ring and book appointment. We are loosing personal touch. I wasn't keen before on booking appointments online, but it was easy - logged in and book appointment no questions asked. I though we will return back to have in person appointments after COVID as I know somebody who needs to visit doctors but will not speak with anyone on phone. But it looks like we still can't avoid telephone appointments. Surgery has helpful doctors and nurses if you are lucky to get appointment.

I always found every member of staff amazing helpful, with brilliant empathy. The new nurse who did my bloods this week was fantastic. I really love this medical practice. Whenever I call up, I always get an appointment and they are especially good with getting my 1 year old seen straight away! Yesterday I spoke to Dr Ghaffer in the morning. She then saw me immediately, referred me and I had my referral appointment booked by the end of the day!!! I then spoke to the receptionist who sorted out my blood tests immediately (despite me not having much time available!). Brilliant service 🙂 Thank you!

rude staff who do not know people skills, the most incompetent practice i’ve ever been to took 8/9 weeks to sign one sheet which was told would take 1 week and then had to call multiple times every day to get it back after they’d lost it!
