    Kendrick homes have been building behind us for over a year now ,they are constantly digging up the road at the entrance to the new homes which is directly opposite our house and other properties without any care for residents even on a early Saturday morning ..no notification nothing white vans parked everywhere infringing on peoples lives .noise noise noise !!! We are all fed up with it .

    Our experience to date of Kendrick Holmes has been an enormously positive one. The process of purchasing from start to finish was highly efficient and smooth. Now having been in the house for 12 weeks awe have had continuous communications and site visits to ensure we have been 100% happy with the house purchased.The standard of finish in the property was really high in our surprise with high-quality fixtures and fittings they came as standard, we even have an app to report any snags and these are normally sorted very quickly. We are really happy with the house, the process of purchasing was made incredibly easy. We cannot thank you enough for a smooth transition and fabulous house.

    M Wife and I were the first to move into Church-field Meadow and were delighted with the quality of build and the attention we were still given in addressing our very small snagging list. Even though the Contractors were working on the other properties, disruption and noise was kept to a minimum. After we settled in, we were still looked after by the Construction workers & site manager who treated us very courteously. We were also pleased with the sales team when we first selected the property and the fixtures & fittings as their knowledge & experience made the decision making a lot easier.     From the moment we visited the marketing suite in Rushwick where we met Meryl you couldn’t fault the service. We explained what we were looking for, village location, south facing garden and an en-suite, Meryl said I have the perfect property for you and it hits all your requests with both bedrooms having en-suites (bonus). We visited the site in Alfrick and were taken to the plot the property was to be built, the decision was that day made that this would be the property we would be ours. Deposit paid Meryl helped us choose our interiors, the selection was amazing and was a joy to choose. We visited the site many times and met the site manager Neil Bennett, a true gentleman and very approachable allowing us access during the build to take pictures of the progress of the build. The day prior to moving in we met Louise Allen at the house to look at snagging items - again Louise was very professional and had already noted a few minor things that needed to be rectified. Move in day was very easy, Neil made sure that our delivery van had easy access, he called to see us a few times during that day to make sure everything was ok. Since moving in It has only taken a conversation with Neil if we have had a query and it’s been rectified immediately. We did have a query regarding the lack of porch guttering which I telephoned Louise about even though building regulations state our porch didn’t need one it wasn’t questioned, Louise spoke to Neil and within 24 hours we had guttering EXCELLENT service. In conclusion the service delivered by Kendrick’s including the contractors who were very polite helpful and courteous at all times has been 5 star.
