The van was good once we sorted out the booking. I had rung a week earlier & booked the van for the day & then found they had no record of the booking when I turned up at 8:30am on the day! Initially correspondence good once I got the van with copies of mileage, any damage, etc. But after I dropped it back that evening there were no emails at all, including any confirming what amount they would be taking for additional mileage over the 100 mile free amount. I did receive a balance back onto my card 4 days later, but no explanation as to how they calculated the amount. Shame when part of the service I received was good.

Kendall van hire can't fault them. Use them most of the time. Staff friendly and do the best they can do to get vechile hires you require.

Poor company, I haven’t hired a van from them for nearly 2 years and I have recently been receiving pcn congestion charge tickets for there van which somebody must have hired due to the dates being this year and somehow they can’t sort it, I was told that I must appeal there tickets which makes no sense when the van clearly says Kendall on it I’m starting to wonder if someone there is trying to fraud my licence

I use Kendall quite a lot for weekend car hire. Often, I call on the Friday morning and can really quickly get what I need with minimal fuss. Gated drop off is easy too. Have rented a van in the past too with similar success. Good price.
