Excellent service! I own a salon and had a pair of z-series Joewell that were butchered by a previous scissor sharpener, I sent them off to another place they sent them back stating they could not be repaired. A rep from Kenchi blade came in said they would take a look and have managed to repair them for me! I couldn't be happier with them it's very hard for a salon to find a good scissor sharpener, I'll never use anyone else.

I use very expensive scissors so I'm very fussy about who sharpens them and I wouldn't trust them with anybody else other than Kenchi Blade. These guys aren't grindstone cowboys, they sharpen the traditional Japanese way by hand and they got my blades back to brand new condition. True master bladesmiths and I highly recommend them. If your scissors need bringing back to life, you've found the right place.

I strongly recommend this company !!! I posted my 3 pairs of scissors (not made by Kenchiblade) on 01/08/22 following an email of a brief description regarding my scissors condition - being dropped, off balance and blunt. The fantastic customer service team emailed me back within the hour informing me to post them via special delivery. Five days later 05/08/22 I received an email letting me know my scissors had been fully serviced and professionally Japanese sharpened, the price (exceptional value for money) an the fact they were posting them back to me via special delivery. I then received my scissors back on 09/08/22. I can honestly say both pairs of scissors and my thinning scissors feel brand new again, no more catching at the points, no more clonk clonk when the blades are in use and the sharpness honestly they just glide through the hair when slicing or texturing a cut as they did when I first brought them. I can not thank you all enough, you have saved me an absolute fortune on potentially having to replace 3 pairs of scissors but more importantly you’ve given me back the pleasure and excitement of creating haircuts again.
