What started as a DIY redecorate the en-suite turned into a complete remodel. Dave to the rescue! He took on the entire job, dealt with very tight time constraints and worked in with other decorations and carpet fitters. The result? OUTSTANDING!!!!! The whole thing is fabulous, could. Absolutely amazing service start to finish, Dave conducted an extremely thorough survey even going into the loft to inspect the current pipework and assessed the job perfectly and clearly ran through the options. Dave was going on holiday and informed me that Rob would be doing the work, rather than just tell Rob the plan for the job, Dave and Rob both came and actually ran through the job together to ensure everything would be done correctly and there was a clear understanding. Rob arrived on the first day on time, prompt and ready to go. As we were moving the boiler the job took 3 days, which was understandable due to outdated pipework, not only did Rob move the boiler but also removed all unnecessary old pipework including the in the loft, informed me of a gas leak which he fixed and also a snapped valve on a radiator. Rob took time to go through the controls and set up the new boiler. The repair of the old flu holes was extremely neat and professional. Rob has also followed up after a week to check if everything was working and ok, which I am happy to say it is. Highly recommend to use Kenbrook to anyone fantastic company, professional, polite and thorough. Service: Heating system installation

I've used Kenbrook Ltd for the past few years for boiler & central heating maintenance & safety checks (private & landlord), renewal of radiators through out the house & replacing a faulty mixer tap. The quality of service from the whole team (Steve, Michelle, Dave, Rob & the apprentice Jack) has been excellent, they are always on time, the clean up & leave no mess wherever they've worked (inside & out). Was having problems with boiler making lots of noise and my plumber told me I needed a new boiler but luckily I sought a second opinion and contacted Kenbrook heating. They advised me to have the system power flushed which sorted all the issues out. Saved me a lot of money and my boiler will hopefully run for a few more years until it needs replacing.
