A used part ordered via eBay failed to be delivered...no help from them since they used an extinct email address.....I had given up hope. The part however was returned to sender with the excuse..(DUD) that I was never in....I'm retired and our house is never empty, so I can only assume that the courier was ,to be kind, lax. I was surprised and pleased when the part turned up via Parcel Force. My bike is now firing on all four and I can't thank Urwins enough. They posted twice, a part that only cost £20...that has to be a bike shop worth sticking with...Thanks again
