Would give 0 stars if I could. Was exceptionally rude as soon as the group got onto the coach. Then the driver tried to refuse to collect and return a coach of students and teachers leaving them stranded in in Stratford. When the driver eventually collected the group, the driver drove recklessly and erratically taking a much longer and unnecessary route back resulting in a real concern for the safety of the children onboard. The arrival time was over an hour late than should have been. The driver has anger management issues and should not be driving for a living and risking people’s safety!

We used Kens travel for a trip to Gloucester yesterday. We have used him for many years. Just floated down the motorway. Ken is an excellent driver and so patient. Coach was beautiful.
