    I have just picked up my granddaughter Kia Picanto from Ken Brown Harlow. The car needed a lot of work and the work has been done to a first class standard. All new Kia parts fitted by trained Kia mechanics. The work was completed ahead of the time scale quoted and both Alan and Ryan in the service reception kept us informed and were both very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage to anybody.
