Truly disgraceful, rude, unprofessional and dispassionate garage. I've never experienced anything like it! We booked a first year minor service for our Hyundai (quoted £168). My partner had to take our new born son to drop the car off and was told that it was going to be £340! I provided proof that we'd booked it at the original cost on their own website, their response? It's not their website, it's the hyundai website (they do admit that they accept bookings through it though) and that you couldn't see our registration number of the screenshot (even though the registration number was accurate in their system and I offered to provide that screenshot but they refused). After an hour arguing over the top of our two-month old, my partner was forced to leave without the car being serviced because he was too upset to stay. For a family-friendly brand, I can't imagine more reprehensible behaviour than this, the woman behind the desk should be utterly ashamed of herself.
