Recently visited Kemps to get my palladium wedding ring resized. They were incredibly polite, took lots of time to help me work out exactly to what size I needed it adjusting and talked me through the process, and even tolerated me coming back the next day anxiously to re-check everything (such is my own worrying disposition). The resultant work, price and overall experience has been fantastic though and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ring resizing services.

Always had a reasonable service here for jewellery repairs which are not cheap every 6 months or so until the last time when I had to travel miles back to pick up my necklace for a 2nd time because they had returned it the 1st time with a precious stone fallen out (not the original problem). No apologies and I was charged again, even though I had paid the combined bill 1st time when collected the item I'd put in with the necklace. Instead of checking for me which it would have been easy to do given it'sall electronic, they charged me again to release the necklace putting me to proof of the double payment made which is difficult given my bank statement says kemps and the amount but not what for, unlike their records and hand written carbon copied receipts. But what really got me after being a regular customer for years, was after my polite query, the manager deliberately humiliated me by scoffing at the small amount I had to pay again (rather than the principle of double charging), saying it would allow him to feed his goldfish! So rude and unnecessary... and so different to when he talked to me taking my repeat orders and money. Disappointed. Would never return

Took in a family diamond ring to get resized (from and N to a Q). Staff were extremely helpful, highly complimentary of the ring and managed our expectations entirely. We were over quoted, paying less than we expected on pickup and sooner than expected as well. Super pleased with the sizing. Ring looks better than ever. Thank you for an awesome experience.
