This place got me a vital but hard to find part, almost at closing time AND DURING LOCKDOWN. Thanks to their efforts, a family was able to have their mains water supply reinstated. I cannot thank Kelvin's enough and shall be using them in future. Two years on from the above, Kelvin are still offering a very good service.

Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If you are unsure about which plumbing bits you need go there. They staff couldn’t be more helpful and are very good with people asking questions. They sell a vast range of plumbing fittings so much better than guessing what you need down at Screwstation. They also sell and can order all manner of bathroom fittings from low cost to unbelievably expensive

Another plumbing shop referred me to Kelvin — "he's got a lot more stock" — and were absolutely right. Like a previous reviewer, I was looking for a replacement ceramic cartridge to fix a dripping tap, and I went home a happy customer. The replacement is better than the original, and, no more leaks!
