Brilliant service, professional throughout. We are over the moon with our Gazco fire it really does add a fabulous feature to our newly extended living room. Installation was seamless and ordering over the phone was great even when our item was out of stock everything was done to make sure we were happy. I can't recommend Kelvin Fireplaces enough if your thinking of ordering a fire don't hesitate to talk to Martin or Debbie!
