Worst experience of my life, and bullied, pulling out staff supervisions when had no support by the so called horrible manager, who loved herself, and made excuses to cover things up, had her bestie’s who she went out drinking with, slagging other professionals off which wasn’t right!! Carer’s not allowed to wear nail varnish or have long nails, but certain ones who including the manager herself can have long nails, a bright paint art, working 12hr shifts with no break, the deputy manager is very abrupt and is a bully, loved to have you in the office to talk down to you, apart from her daughter who worked there, and pull out her supervision sheets, very lazy when she was a carer let alone a deputy, always short staffed, horrible place to work steer clear at all costs.

My experience from day one tried to sedate my mother in law but claimed she was settling in nicely and from then constant battle with management who say one thing and do another totally two faced. The home constantly short staffed staff working 12hr shifts impossible for them to give the appropriate level of care to residents and follow care plans. I can truly write a book of incidents but it would take to long so don't believe their web site some of it may have been true 7yrs ago but not any longer . And responding to your review i did and you done nothing never investigated the original claim went on some pr campaign you have my email address still waiting for a reply to my last complaint you also have fake reviews on here from philip k who i i know is your regional manager how sad. And as i told you before i have documented evidence of all i what i say but you haven't even asked to see it. So dont say you take things seriously when you dont
