I had booked a car for Sunday night into Monday morning when I rang the man was so polite and helpful I had rated this company highly because of the man being so helpful but I definitely don’t regret editing my review what a nightmare my flight was a late night and was delayed yes kelly’s arrived on time BUT first they told me they had given wrong price and I must pay 5£ more then the argument started because he wanted to drop me a distance from hotel I said if that’s what I wanted i would have took bus but at 1.30am I don’t want to walk alone in the dark he would not believe he could drive up to hotel it took 2 staff plus the manager to convince him otherwise what a drama I had said I’d REFUSED to pay if I had to walk alone he said I’ll walk with you what the heck did I get a taxi for I certainly won’t phone kelly’s again I’m sure this company will think I’m a difficult person but as a woman who didn’t want to walk alone or indeed walk at that hour it’s unacceptable

Driver of Grey Skoda Superb arrived at wrong parking spot at airport then charged me extra £2 plus £3 for parking! However airport parking was free for 20mins! £38 in total! Will not use them again!!
