I made the decision last year to take the plunge and finally go for laser hair removal. I searched around and finally found Kelly, and I’m so glad I did!! From the offset Kelly has always been so welcoming and friendly - I knew I made the right decision as soon as I met her. Kelly went through the whole process inside and out (she really is an expert in this field!), did my patch test and away I went. The story is, I haven’t stopped coming back since!! I initially started with just my bikini area and I’ve carried on to have legs and underarms. If you’re thinking of having laser hair removal, I can’t recommend Kelly enough - she’s such a bubbly, approachable person as well, and that’s the icing on the cake for me. After a free initial consultation & patch test, Kelly talked me through my treatment plan and what to expect in terms of outcomes and recovery. She’s so knowledgeable and really put me at ease, and I’ve missed our monthly catch ups since I finished my treatment. Importantly for me she was really honest about reaching a point where my skin was ‘as good as it was going to get’ and to move to a less frequent ‘maintenance’ option rather than waste any unnecessary time or money, which I really appreciate. The results were phenomenal, I’ve been recommending her to everyone I’ve spoken to about it and I’m so glad I went ahead with it. Really can’t recommend it enough.
