Avoid! Phoned up to arrange a viewing on a property on Saturday. Was told someone would get back to me to arrange a time. It is late Monday evening now and no return call. Not great for sellers desperate to sell when cash buyers such as myself are only in the country for a very short time every 6-12 months and I don’t have the time, patience nor inclination to chase businesses that ignore potential clients! Looks like the only positive reviews they have are from employees and affiliated estate agents, not real customers who actually have to deal with them! Talk about patting your own back lol

Hopeless, tried to find out simple fact about a property for sale in Leeds, telephoned number ended up talking to someone on a central switch board that couldn't answer and wanted to find the agent and get them to ring me back. Bureaucratic poor business model of no use to me.
