Lost a days wages after delivery didn't turn up. Next day delivery came 9am and drivers power truck had allready run out of charge and to cap it off hair line cracks in 5 flags out of 44 which cost me £34 to replace. Would only recommend this company to people I don't like.

What an utter incompetent farce of a company these people turned out to be. After placing an order with Homebase I was given 5 failed delivery dates by Kelkay. Spoke with a manager at kelkay who to be honest could not have cared any less, he didn't even try to hide his uninterested attitude in our phone conversation. No apology, he even told me that my delivery would be with me tomorrow and it had a 100% chance of arriving, and guess what, my order wasn’t delivery yet again for the 5th time. Homebase need to change suppliers as these people are unprofessional to the core. Complete waste of my time over the last 3 weeks being told again & again my delivery would be with me by 5pm that day, then on Tuesday next week, then on Wednesday, then 100% on Friday, then it was the following week. Life is unfortunately littered with incompetency and these people are kings of it.

Recently bought some Autumn Gold Chippings supplied to a garden centre by Kelkay. This was bought to add to my existing Autumn Gold chippings in my garden. On opening I found it was beach shingle/pebbles with a few chippings thrown in. I complained to them but got fobbed off saying it was probably from a different quarry. I pointed out that pebbles do not come from quarries. All I got back was a reply saying thanks for the feedback. Avoid buying this product unless you want bags full of pebbles.
