Vehicle was serviced at vey short notice, which was very helpful, however being a motability vehicle and having mobility issues with my legs, an offer of a ride home would’ve been appreciated. Other than that I couldn’t fault them on anything else.

Not the best place or the best service recently placed an order and the salesman decided he was ok to fit a steering ball while the technicians where on break because he hadn't booked it in to be done before I collected the car this however came loose on my drive home and could have caused a serious accident or worse. I then had to chase around to find the professional people and get the car to Southampton to get the job done properly and safety

Disappointed to learn that Keith Motors charge £117 for a diagnostic check despite taking out the extended warranty for an additional amount. They failed to inform us of this when we purchased the car. This is a disgusting exercise and fundamentally something customers should be made aware of. A lot of money and they do not class this as labour (despite the Warranty including labour... allowing us to believe it is one in the same). I feel we were totally misold this cover. Not only this but we when had the car service and mot they failed to quote including VAT. Again incredibly misleading and another way to make an easy buck. Regulations do not allow for misrepresentation and yet Keith Motors seem to be succeeding. I won't go into the fact that they were supposed to valet the car which was supposedly 'included in the service'. Was impressed when we bought the car but severely unimpressed since. I am only making this review in order to make people aware. Unlikely we will choose to buy another car from Keith Motors again.

We were searching for a very specific Puma ST and had to travel from Manchester for our car from Keith Motors. We are so glad that we did. Sophie could not have done anything else for us and made our experience really pleasent. Nothing was too much trouble for Sophie and she made the process very smooth and simple. Sophie told us she was relatively new to this industry. Well you couldn't tell at all! She is a credit to your business. We absolutely love our Puma ST, it was prepared and presented to us in showroom condition, very hard to believe the car wasn't brand new! Would not hesitate to buy from here again if needed. We stayed in a local hotel and made a little break/getaway out of it with our youngest daughter. Great experience. 10/10. Thankyou again Sophie !

Sam from Keith motors was so easy to deal with from start to finish. He was understanding, professional, helpful and not pushy in any way. Responded to all my questions promptly. Got a fair price for my trade in, and gave me the full amount. Was very happy with the purchase of my BMW X5, and when the rear suspension failed a month after buying, Sam was very quick to get this resolved and looked after the payment. Again, Sam and Keith motors was very good, a 5 star experience. Will be going back to Sam, when it comes to selling the car. Wish him all the best. Simon.
