Keith describes the business as online only and NOT a retailer you can call. Having received a faulty £2 shell (which is probably not Keith's fault) I expected a simple returns policy. Keith did not answer any of my emails and resorted to calling several times. He told me to return the coin at my own expense (£6.95). I then had to call Keith again (because of zero communications) and he said "I've been very busy and haven't had time to sort your new coin but I have received the faulty coin". I'm still waiting 1 week on and can only suggest you don't purchase from Keith Bennett as his attitude towards customers is more like "Faulty Towers" rather than Amazon...
