Stuck in a lift for two hours, and no one answering their emergency support line (both the button in the lift and by calling them directly). Had to get a different company to help, even though our building has a contract with Keighley Lifts. AVOID. EDIT: to reply to your reply, to confirm, you do currently maintain our lifts. Not just a name plate. Just no answer when needed in an emergency. (And indeed, even if you didn't maintain our lifts, that doesn't explain why no one was answering the phone - main number and out of hours number.)

I've now been stuck in a lift for over 2 hours and their emergency bell, number etc are not being responded to. The only saving grace I can think is that I'm an adult male who was taking the trash down so I can urinate in an empty bottle. Imagine if a pregnant person, child, someone taking their pet for a walk, someone with a disability, someone with mental health issues were stuck in here in the dark without emergency response. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely go nowhere near it if you're involved in either lift installation, maintenance or support. EDIT In response: You are still the lift contractor to our lifts. Our management company also tried to contact your emergency number. There was no answer. We were stuck for 3 hours. 1 star is generous.
