Unacceptable behaviour no good manners and right conduct is an ignorant.If anybody of you wanted to buy a car and having a service dont go with this company.Very rude he really thinks he owned the ford company.

    Awful service from keighley ford, gearbox failing, got 2 months warranty left, never booked me in to begin with, then when booked in went from 2 days to 5 days to 2 weeks, then told me my gearbox had already been messed with and warranty prob wouldn’t cover it, although car has never been touched, no courtesy cars but wanted to keep the car for 2 weeks, ongoing complaint with ford customer care

    Recently purchased a transit custom Rampage , absolutely shocking customer service from start to finish , once they had my money they weren’t interested , had no contact with them throughout and even when the van was finally ready for collection I was just thrown the keys and told me where my van was 4 weeks on a problem occurred on van and although under warranty the service Department offered no apologies and just weren’t interested Avoid at all costs ,if your looking for a transit custom , don’t use this dealership
