Usually been ok but our bid went in and was shown on line as highest bid after which the hammer came down. Then given to previous bidder! Won't use this site again.

Yeah not a great place. Nice items but the customer service is very poor. They offer a shipping service but don't give you any tracking information, even when you email or call them. Shame as it let's down a good company which would otherwise get a much higher rating.
