*BUYER BEWARE* This company changed it's name to Kandi Kingdom. I'd give zero stars if I could. I placed an order a month ago and was promised delivery in 7-10 days. I was fooled into handing over my money with the promise of a free gift if I did. When I politely enquired on the whereabouts of my order I was ignored. I've tried emailing and contacting him on his Tik Tok account and have subsequently been blocked along with many others. Matthew Francis has taken money from many of us and failed to deliver the goods. A simple message to pacify waiting customers was all that was required. I have requested a refund which has been completely ignored. The working ethics of Kandi Kingdom are the worst I've ever encountered. We have rights as consumers which are not being respected. I have reported this business to Trading Standards and would urge anyone to do the same. It's a simple online form. Here is the business address which is public information: Kandi kingdom, unit 1, Somers road, Halesowen, B62 8EN, United Kingdom. Along with many others I feel like I've been scammed out of money.

Ordered a corny keg jacket on the Friday which was listed as in stock. It took them until the following Wednesday to tell me it was out of stock leaving me with not enough time to order from elsewhere.

I've ordered from Keg Kingdom on a few occasions. The first order was absolutely fine. The second I had to chase up after a week before it was acknowleged and finally dispatched. The third was shipped with some parts missing and others incorrect. I eventually got a response saying it would be rectified, but it wasn't. Further chasing has been ignoring, and the matter is still unresolved. They were only small/cheap parts, so I've stopped wasting my time. I just won't give them any more of my money. Neither should you.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Never in my years as a homebrewer has I come across anybody as amateurish and unconcerned about his customers as Matt/Kig Kingdom. After months of waiting and SO MANY messages I still don't have a working system. The delivery took forever, missing pieces, wrong fitting, I could go on and on but it simply makes me tired and mad. A lot of money spend on Matt's circus of a business and a lot extra spend to get the right gear from other places. Do yourself a favour: Don't shop here!
