Great sounding speakers but I had a cosmetic issue with one of them, phoned to get some help but just fell on deaf ears. It’s a shame because I thought they were a traditional English company with core customer values. Thanks service department ☹️

I cannot recommend their service department enough. I have a 10 year old HTS/C system and needed a new driver unit. The service team could not have been more helpful with both advice and service. Quality product backed up by an outstanding team - sadly this type of service is lacking in so many businesses now. Thanks.
