I ordered the wrong hearing aid tubes by mistake I called the company and spoke to a very nice lady who helped me choose the correct ones, I sent them back by 1st class post on Monday and received the correct ones by Friday, wonderful service.

I bought batteries for my hearing aids unfortunately I supplied with size 10 instead of 13. As I bought via Amazon I requested a return label. Printed dispatched via Hermes kept the receipt from Hermes and the cowboy told that he had not received and to contact Hermes as the item was been returned to the retailer. Shaz told me that they are not retailers. If you have any sense do buy anything from this cowboy.
