Our cancellation policy states that if a guest cancels their reservation within 30 days of their scheduled arrival date, they will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. If a guest cancels their reservation within 14 days of their scheduled arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation cost.

How often do you clean and maintain the holiday home?

We thoroughly clean and maintain our holiday homes after each guest checks out. This includes deep cleaning of all surfaces, washing linens and towels, and restocking essentials such as toiletries and kitchen supplies. We also perform routine maintenance checks to ensure everything is in working order.

Are there any restrictions on pets or smoking in the holiday home?

We do not allow smoking in any of our holiday homes. As for pets, it depends on the specific property. Some of our cottages do allow pets, but there may be additional fees and restrictions. Please check with us before booking if you plan on bringing a pet.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We will send you detailed instructions on how to access the property and where to find the keys prior to your arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the keys in the designated location and ensure the property is left in the condition it was found.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?
