    Starting sessions with Kitty this year has been one of my best decisions. I started with a lot of pain in my hips and hamstrings but her approach to improving my strength and increasing fitness and flexibility has been amazing. I feel so motivated and my pain is decreasing as I get stronger and fitter. She has a lovely approach and navigates the fine balance between pushing me and accepting my limitations very well! I couldn't recommend her more highly.

    Kit is the first personal trainer I've ever had and I am glad that she was my first and is now my only choice when it comes to a PT. My weight and body image have been issues for me my entire life and Kit is really helping me to develop a better relationship with my body and with the habit of exercise and wellness. She isn't just helping me to feel stronger physically, she is encouraging me to really think deeply about the mentality behind change and progress. She helps me to be kind to myself, but also helps me to see that I can sometimes push myself further than I thought I could! If you want a PT that will help you get in shape and also provide incredible emotional and mental support throughout the program, then Kit's your gal! She has already helped me to see big changes, and lots of them aren't ones that I necessarily see in a mirror. Kit has been amazing at altering my program to help me to reach everchanging goals and is really helping me to feel supported through this ongoing journey.     Kitty is just magnificent. After Christmas, I think I was registering at around 70% cheese, 30% wine. She has whipped me into a reasonably more acceptable shape in the last few weeks and I'm sitting at much reduced cheese percentage. I look forward to her classes and I love how she pushes us on to keep achieving more each week. We are all fitter, stronger and better for meeting Kitty. Worth every penny!

    I asked my hubby for some personal training sessions for Christmas, and off he went to research! He came across Kit on Facebook and enquired. From his perspective, she was swift, friendly and organised! I had a call with Kit at the beginning of January and instantly felt at ease. I really appreciated the ethos that, we aren't doing this to 'get thin' or 'find those mysterious wash board abs you know are there somewhere' - it's all about getting strong and using exercise to feel amazing! I was excited to start. I've now done a full month and I have booked for even more sessions because its just become part of my routine and I can't quite imagine not seeing her on chilly mornings down the park! She was instantly warm.and friendly, but there is no doubt she's absolutely the boss! I feel like she's completely and accurately understood what I can and can't do yet, but also pushes me without me really knowing! My aim is to be able to do one pull up, and I have absolutely faith, with Kit's guidance I will get there. Everything else is an absolute bonus!! Thanks Kit! 😊
