I recently dealt with Lauren Southworth at the Rochdale branch of Keenan’s and I would like to thank her so much for her help during this time - the property is being sold following a bereavement and I found Lauren to be incredibly professional - she provided a fantastic service, I received lots of advice and guidance and when she came to visit the property she was very respectful and accommodating during this difficult period. When arranging the valuation she was flexible when agreeing a time and date. I was very pleased with the valuation of the property and she was happy to answer any of my questions. I felt reassured that I was being taken care of by somebody who really knows their stuff.
