We rented an house off them and they ript us off they said flooring was scratched wen it was all ready like that the house had loads wrong with it they blamed us will never go with them they took 200 pounds out of our bond wen I told them about what was wrong with I wud never rent off them again

An odd estate agent. We viewed several properties with them as first time buyers. Some staff were really lovely, however others unfriendly and rude. One time, we asked if the agent minded us taking a few photos of a house we were viewing with them, the agent said he did mind actually because there were people living there. We respected their privacy obviously and didn’t take any photos but still found it odd considering we would have made an offer and there were photos on their website/rightmove. When we did make an offer, one staff member was rude about the offer we put forward, “you are aware there are multiple offers higher than this already” well no obviously I wouldn’t be aware of that because I’m not an estate agent. Furthermore, they were difficult about arranging viewings outside of work hours. Baffles me that they want people who are high earners qualifying for mortgages but won’t accommodate viewings around working hours. Safe to say we didn’t go with them in the end.

Bought a house from them 2 months later still not picked the sold sign up even after emails and phone calls I personally would never use … when I was buying house from them the person I was dealing with would never answer the phone and would never ring back or chaise up question asked
