Amazing bats. The worst customer service imaginable. Doesn’t respond to messages, when they do respond it’s aggressive. Doesn’t do requests, you get what you are given attitude! Shocking! Especially with the prices they are charging. Dared to ask the specs of a bat and got practically abuse back.

My sons bat had cracked quite badly on the toe after 6 months use. I contacted Keeley who told me to send the bat down and they will sort it. I sent it down on the Friday and I had a replacement delivered on Tuesday!!! Awesome service!! A fantastic bat with glorious pick-up, 100% glad he'll continue to use Keeley.🏏
