I have no first hand commercial experience with this company but I saw some of their engineers telling DJ Audits all about the products that Kee manufacture. Looks like a quality outfit, and the staff were really friendly and informative, and a credit to their employer.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I contacted Kee. My experience has also sadly been appalling; they do not deserve even one star. They made me sign an email document, failed to deliver the service I requested, took me to court and received £237.09 for not sorting my problem. They failed to respond to emails or communicate with me, and I eventually had to go to another provider to get sorted. They were all 'process' in demanding payment, but absolutely no 'service' at all. Small claim court mediation was a joke and Directors refused to identify themselves until Mr Robert Smith appeared in court; he strangely had time for this 'service'! Avoid; there are better operators out there.

Avoid like the plague! We have been utterly frustrated in our dealings with KEE. No one ever listens to what you say, they certainly don't communicate with one another within their own departments and they never get back to you. They charged nearly £600 to replace a £35 belt. I appreciate it was out of hours. It wouldn't have been if someone had got back to me the 3 previous times I had called! When I queried the invoice several times with no luck, someone finally got back to me. Apparently the charge was so high as the engineers have to travel in separate vans due to Covid. Funny that though, as 3 engineers attended. 1 in 1 van and 2 in another! So, obviously that protocol was not being adhered to. When I pointed out that the 2 that came in 1 van could have attended on their own, without the 3rd one, they said if they have know 3 engineers had attended they would have charged more! I'm sick of being pestered by them. I made it clear we weren't going with them going forwards, so then I get an invoice for a new service contract! I called up, yet again, to be told they would cancel it. Then the next week I receive a letter saying they will just turn up anytime and carry out the service! I phoned up again to sort it out. I thought I'd question the extortionate invoice one more time and it's just a total waste of time. What a joke!

Our experience with Kee Services has been appalling. Consequently we have closed our account and would not recommend their services. After initial site consultation to diagnose the problem - works were undertaken by Kee - the treatment plant apparatus was re-assembled so poorly that the plant continually broke down. Asked to rectify the problem Kee wanted further payments to remedy the faults they had created. We had to engage another firm at our own cost to put the work right. We considered that it was reasonable that Kee contribute a proportion of these costs. They refused and threatened legal action!
