Bumped into Keeley while she was at my block doing another lock. She kindly offered to sort mine there and then for me, and within 30 minutes (once she'd finished the other lock) I had a brand new lock and two keys. She was friendly and informative, I took her for honest and she even knocked a tenner off since the job was quick. Thank you Keeley, I've tried in vain for a while to get a locksmith to sort my postbox, so it was massively appreciated you did it there and then. Would use again for sure.
