Very helpful staff (Gordon) who took time to go through stock availability and provide quote for plastic lumber and their cutting service (which I would highly recommend). Items were well packaged, and delivery was very quick. Driver extremely helpful in putting pallet in required area on drive. All in all an extremely stress free purchase and a company that i personally would not hesitate to use again and I would also recommend to others. A+++++++

Requested 2 samples, not a very easy process. they arrived without being labeled, so I have no idea which is which and the colours are not very inspiring and I have no idea what shades of brown are on offer but if the sample I have is all that's on offer, I'll find it hard to place an order.

Quite simply a terrible company if you have any problems. After chasing up a total of nine times, on each occasion l was promised a return call. The first return call l received was after nine calls over seven days. The product was lost by the courier. Get another sent straight out as it was 2 weeks since l ordered? No, Kedel’s solution was to wait and see if they found it. Called the next day to chase and was told they would send the replacement out next day delivery. I hadn’t received by midday so called to check what time it would arrive, it hadn’t been sent as they didn’t have the product in stock. Nobody thought to call and inform me and ask what l wanted to do ie refund or wait for the product. My guess is the owners have lost touch with the running of the business and are clueless as to how incompetent the whole customer service team are, nobody l spoke to could have cared any less of they tried. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
