I have purchased two machines from System wash the first one being ten years ago and when that broke beyond repair 3 years ago I thought because the first machine had been so reliable I would go back and buy the same machine the Aqua Max 1. BIG MISTAKE. Since buying this machine 3 years ago I have had nothing but problems and breakdowns and have tried to speak to the owner Bernard on several occasions but he never rang me back.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would suggest prospective customers steer clear of System wash as it is quite obvious the quality of their products have gone down hill and they are probably one of the most expensive makes on the market. I did speak to Bernard before I bought the second machine and he was quick to tell me that they have never had a coil go down on any of their machines as they were manufactured to a higher quality. Well Bernard we have just fitted a new coil to our machine at A COST OF £600.
