    Yesterday I couldn't get the self service checkout machine to accept my card on swipe or by entering the PIN number. Three members of staff tried unsuccessfully to help. Ended up having to leave all my shopping items, value more than £21, in the store. Most inconvenient and annoying. I went straight to my bank and asked them to check my card and account. They found NO problem with either. Asda staff will have had to trail round the store to put all my shopping items back on the shelves but that's not my fault. I on the other hand had to go to Aldi to buy my groceries, where by the way, my bank card worked first time without a problem.

    Why is there nothing stocked on the shelves anymore, items out of stock, On a Sunday morning its like everything has gone, plus what was once good value shopping is now extremely higher than ever, the only good thing is you get money back for the things you have spent instead of silly points.

    Good store, can usually get what I’m looking for. Biggest annoyance is the number of self service checkouts. A lot of people don’t like them, they put people out of work and they’re not actually convenient. They cause longer queues at the manned checkouts.
