    I have been with Keats for around 14 years and find them an exemplary GP practice. Most recently they have been so kind in helping me care for my elderly father who came down for Christmas and is still here in February. From the receptionists to the GPs they have gone out of their way to be helpful and professional but, most crucially, kind and empathetic. I think they are a model practice that should be studied by the Health Dept and replicated. I cannot thank them highly enough for their care over the years for me and my family.

    I have always had good service from Keats. I do believe you get treated the same as you treat others, I am always respectful that the receptionists are doing a lot of admin behind the scenes and not always waiting to deal with me as soon as I walk in. They have always been kind but straighforward. The doctors and nurses can be running late of course, but give me the time I need. I think we are lucky to have this practice. They are also forward thinking in their approach to technology. Well done, in what is a hard job
