Darryn has been absolutely fantastic, and has gone above and beyond expectations organising four BTL mortgages. I find excellent service is hard to come by these days, but you won't go far wrong with these guys. Darryn is very knowledgeable in his job, and breaks down the details so the can be easily understood and makes you feel comfortable assessing the pro's and con's of each mortgage deal. Professional, open and honest with advisors that explain everything to you at a level that is easy to understand, don’t get frustrated if you need further explanations and time to think through your options, and once you decide to apply for a mortgage or make an investment as I did, provide a fantastically efficient service and keep you fully informed every step of the way.     I'm not one for writing positive review (have written several bad one - usually about rank restaurants). I feel it is incumbent on me however, to write to highly recommend Paras Mehta and Emily Rogers of KDW. Having wasted a great deal of time with the imperious and inept NatWest Bank, I very much thought i'd lost my house purchase. Paras was clear from the first appointment that he would only take me on if my mortgage position was viable. He confirmed shortly thereafter (during the same initial appointment), that it was, and in the ensuing weeks guided me safely through myriad tiresome bureaucratic hurdles. He is one of those people who you quickly realise is far more intelligent than you are (what you want with the biggest purchase you'll probably ever make). Paras and Emily know the all the possible pitfalls and protect you against them. I think they are the apotheosis of good brokers and put simply; if I ever have any money ever again, I wouldn't go with anybody else. Ruairi Wilson
