    We asked Kevin at KDR to help work out where my parents could fit a new cloakroom/WC in their bungalow, as space was limited and they didn't want to have to pay for an extension. With only having one bathroom in the house, it's not that handy - so we decided they needed another one, but where to put it was tricky. Kevin was very helpful and came up with a really good way to use some space from the study, and the good news is they can still use the room as a study. Really pleased with how Kevin looked after my parents. In the past, they've asked for help from tradesmen who've done nothing but let them down. At last, I've found someone they can trust! They have now found a good bathroom specialist to build the new cloakroom and we look forward to seeing the end results. Would definitely recommend Kevin and the team at KDR.

    I used KDR to draw some plans for a garden building which required approval from the council. They sent a surveyor to the house who was here for an hour. When the drawings were returned the building was in completely the wrong place! Despite it being a relatively simple job, they took months to complete the work. I would certainly not use them again.
