Arrived on time, quite an abrupt engineer, the service had not been booked incorrectly, I had asked for a boiler and fire service, clearly my request had not been listened to. I had been booked in for a boiler service only. When I asked for the fire to be checked, he clearly didn't know how to service it and asked me where is the chimney, laughed as I said it didn't need a chimney, he rang someone about it and I showed him the paperwork showing these facts, he checked it, but in my view afterwards he shouldn't have done as he didn't know how to service it. I won't use them again, shame as when I booked they came across as professional.
