As a novice DIYer, I tentatively placed the call to KCT Timber late in the day as a form of self-sabotage. I was greeted by Lee's irrepressible cheery London twang. He put up with me as mis-identified every bit of kit I thought I needed after qualifying from the school of YouTube. He patiently waited for me to measure the dimensions required. To top it all off,delivery was made the very next morning. I cheekily continued to pick his brain and he gave me tips I definitely needed. Great price! Great personable service! And I am happy to report that the end result got the seal of approval from the most important person...the missus! In case you were not clear of my position yet, rest assured,I highly recommend KCT Timber.
