    Great broadband Awful customer service. Router broke cos of power surge from outside work and had to wait a full week for to replace. Nightmare no real empathy and 7 days is way to long to wait. No tv no games no internet it got that bad scrabble came out 🙂

    Kcom has fleeced the people of Hull for many decades. Charging massively over priced services. Leaving many in this city not able to afford what others the rest of the country can. Even to this day the greed of this company results in 50% of this city living in online isolation. Just google ten most expensive isp's in the UK. The service Kcom provide is dreadful too.

    4 months later still no engineer or WiFi. But they had the cheek to send me another bill....Countless emails etc. Don't bother with this scummy company.....their customer service doesn't help and wastes your time so you put the phone down and let them carry on their scummy act....... Will pop to their headquarters and deal with them myself. Shocking how they can be getting away with this...... EDIT. Thanks for a copy/paste response 👍🏻 World class customer service smh.....
