Rang Kenroy at 5:11am as my bedroom plug was smouldering and tripping the switch, the emergency was that my husband keeps Japanese koi carp which to who don’t know what they are, are bloody expensive fish, to find floating as they need high level filtration to survive, and the electric was no longer running in the koi filters and Ken was with us in 20 minutes! Very polite, very professional and got the problem fixed with my bedroom plug and my husband’s koi filters were running again within an hour and half (THANK GOD!!) and considering I got the poor man out of bed he charged us less than £150, which I thought was very competitive. We have more work that needs doing as we’re renovating a part of our house and the only person I’ll be ringing to do the electrics will be Kenroy. Thank you Kenroy, I hope you managed to get some breakfast before doing a full day working in Telford . My husband has also gone to work tired but a relieved man knowing his scaley friends will live another day.
