I had a WoW moment when Kelly finished her first treatment with me!! I was unable to lift my arm with extreme pain and by the end of the treatment I could raise my arm fully with 70% less pain, genuinely shocked by the improvement from just one session She was very professional from start to finish and made me feel at ease the entire time. Really impressed with my treatment yesterday from Kelly. I went in with an issue with my shoulder and what I thought was a tight calf. Kelly started working on my calf and quickly realised that the issue and pain / tightness I was feeling actually originated in my hamstring. She explained everything that she was doing and why the pain and tightness I felt in my calf originated where it did. Moving on to my shoulder, I’ve been suffering with restricted movement and pain in my right shoulder. Today I had a charity football tournament I was determined to play in, and as a goalkeeper, I need my shoulders and arms to be working at full strength. Kelly’s treatment allowed me to do this. After my treatments she then used kinesiology tape to support my shoulder and hamstring which got me through my tournament today. Couldn’t recommend Kelly high enough. Her knowledge and passion for the job that she does makes me feel relaxed and in safe hands.

I've been using KBA Therapy for a while now, Kelly is extremely professional and took the time to research my chronic condition. After a therapy session I forget for a while that I have AS, I feel relaxed and in less pain, which for me is a definite win against the AS. Would definitely recommend KBA Therapy.

Kelly is amazing - she has really helped me with my lower back that has been giving me grief for a number of years which is now a lot better. Recently I have hurt my foot - Kelly has been really instrumental in my recovery by finding the root cause of the problem and not only giving me massages to relieve the pain but giving me an exercise plan for the days that I don’t see her. Kelly is friendly and is genuinely wanting to help. I highly recommend Kelly.

I look forward to my regular leg massages from Kelly (KBA), which benefit me enormously. I am a wheelchair user, with neuropathy and lymphoedema in one leg. Not only does the massage relieve the swelling, it also stimulates my muscles, easing any possible nerve problems that occur randomly. Kelly is strong, but gentle and fully aware of the pressures needed for my particular massages. She is extremely knowledgeable, and researched fully, my problems. I heartily endorse her, for all her offered treatments.
