I ordered two parts for my vehicle headlight unit and a fog light unit unfortunately I had to return both items but this KBA Car Parts failed to refund me even after giving them the delivery tracking number and contacted them via phone and email they promised several times to refund me and is been two weeks so far I have escalated problem with PayPal. They don't even answer the company number anymore to resolve customer issues this is not the way to do business please avoid them I don't wish others to be treated the way they have towards me holding on to my money after giving back their items. I hope this review helps others and I am very disappointed with their customer service. Thanks for taking the time to read this review.

Ordered a pair of replacement door mirrors for my VW Transporter after researching found KBA to be best value. One unfortunately arrived damaged they were quick to rectify this and had a replacement straight away. Have them fitted and work and look great. Would 100% recommend 👌
