I am so disappointed by the service I’ve just received. I ordered vegetable gyozas and I was given pork. When I rang to ask about this I was told “it’s not our problem, we are closed now”. They were unaware of what a serious issue this is with people with allergies and severe intolerances, peoples religions and overall values. I haven’t eaten meat in 5 years and for a gyoza which was underwhelming at best I am so upset and appalled by the customer service Vegetarian options: They weren’t vegetarian and no reason given to why

My girlfriend and I ordered food here on Deliveroo and we are both vegan/vegetarian! We ordered vegetable gyoza’s and they gave us meat gyoza’s! We phoned them up to complain thinking they would give us a refund and a new order but instead they told us it’s not there problem! So we had no food for the night! Shocking service from this restaurant!! Vegetarian options: This place does not respect vegan and vegetarian food eaters!!

when i tell you that this is the best japanese place to order from, i mean it. kazoku is better than wagamama. their takoyaki always arrives hot and their sushi is amazing. i love kazoku. it's obvious that a lot of effort goes into their food. the chefs are amazing!! (≧▽≦)
